Re-sending failed emails

The status of an email sent to a panelist can be viewed by opening their profile in the study they're included in. 

If an email failed to send, the message bubble will be colored red and the status below it will be  Failed to send. To re-send the email:

  1. Hover your mouse cursor over Failed to send. A pop-up will appear.
  2. Click the Re-send email button from the pop-up.
