Find bounced emails and spam complaints

If your email is not sent successfully to panelists, it may have bounced or have been reported as spam. This means that the panelistsdidn't receive your email. If a panelist email bounced or was marked as spam, our system will never send to them again.

You can view the panelists with bounced emails or emails reported as spam by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Panel > Panelists.
  2. Click the + Add Filter button.
  3. Select Email Status from the drop-down options.
  4. A pop-up will appear. From here, tick the checkbox for either Spam Complaint or Bounce, or both. 
  5. After making the selections, the table below will display the results.
