Session Reminders

Panelfox provides reminders via e-mail and SMS (text message).

By default, we send 2 reminder emails to the Participants: 1 day and 2 days before the scheduled session time. To modify this, go to Study > Scheduling, and scroll down to Reminders.

The reminder email template contains the Date & Time, Session Location, and any other necessary information.
