Google Calendar & Meet Integration

The Google Meet integration will enable you to connect to Google Meet to create and manage meetings/sessions for each respondent, and make a unique link for each session that you create for a respondent. This will also automatically add video links to new calendar invites. Note, this integration is unique for each user.


  1. Navigate to User Settings > Integrations in your profile dropdown.
  2. Click Connect next to Google Calendar & Meet

  1. You will be prompted to sign in to your Google account. These are the scopes required:
    1. For basic login: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile
    2. For Calendar & Meet: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar
  2. After you have successfully signed in to your account, you should see a disconnect button available in https://panelfox.io/me. This will confirm you successfully connected.
  3. Within your study, under Scheduling > Scheduling Settings, you can set Global Location to Google Meet. This will create a unique link for each session that you create for a respondent.
